Reference image won’t open
Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file no larger than 10 MB. The proposed limit is four references and 30 MB combined. Empty, invalid or unreadable image files are rejected individually; valid files already in the draft are kept.
Local previews have not been uploaded. If a restored draft has missing files, reselect those references on the same device. A draft expires after 24 hours.
Return to your draftA generation failed
A confirmed failure shows an error on the task. You can copy its description and settings back into your draft and adjust them.
The credit hold is released by a server ledger operation. Check its confirmed release state before assuming credits were returned. Generating again creates a separate paid task and requires a new current quote.
The result is still being checked
If acceptance by the provider is uncertain, the task is marked “Checking generation result.” A lost connection does not prove the model failed.
Keep the existing task ID and use the history/status view. Do not repeatedly submit the same work while the result is under review. Support needs the task ID and approximate time, rather than your API key or image contents.
Payment returned, credits haven’t arrived
The checkout return page reads the order’s verified state. “Payment confirmation is pending” means it is waiting for confirmation or fulfillment; it does not mean the payment failed.
Refresh the order status and keep the order ID. Avoid another immediate purchase while the original order is being checked. Returning to a draft after fulfillment will not start generation automatically.
About purchasesOriginal downloads & availability
A successful task is complete only after its original image bytes are saved and checked. Original downloads require account authorization; a preview thumbnail is not a substitute for the original.
If a mobile browser opens the original instead of saving it, use the browser’s save-image function. The proposed retention is seven days for references and 30 days for outputs. Expired or deleted images may no longer be available.
